Need a copy of your Transcript?

Under Construction - Please, note.  From March 2, 2023 - March 10, 2023, our office is undergoing a remodel.  Please be advised that paper-mailed transcripts might experience a delay.  If your are needing a transcript the fastest way possible, choose the electronic delivery during the Phase One Remodeling.  Thank you for understanding.

The Office of the Registrar provides official transcripts for Trine/Tri-State University students and alumni. To request a transcript you will need to create an account through the Parchment websiteOpens in new window (this is not the same as your Trine login information). As of October 1, 2022, the cost for this service is $10 per transcript.

Currently, enrolled students can access personal transcript copies through myPortalOpens in new window.

As of Thursday, July 22, 2021 at 1 p.m., Trine University's transcript ordering process will be updated.  After this date, all requesters will need to create a new Parchment account.  The new process will provide users with more access and options when ordering official transcripts.
